Willard 2025/26 Fundraiser

Join us for the first-ever Willard Battle of the Bands to help raise money for the Willard PTO. Your generous donations will support: 

  • New inclusive play equipment for the kindergarten playground, creating a welcoming space where every child can play and explore, to be funded and installed over the coming years.”

  • Ongoing PTO initiatives such as field trips, teacher grants, and enrichment programs that inspire learning beyond the classroom.

  • Rebuilding our PTO reserves following recent major gifts - including the new outdoor classroom and the entryway mural - to ensure we can continue investing in projects that enhance our school community

    1. Yes. The venue requires everyone be 21 or over.

  2. What’s the dress code?

    1. “Concert vibes” - come comfy, festive, and ready to dance.

  3. Where do I park, if I drive?

    1. Street parking is available near Robert’s Westside, but we encourage you to carpool or rideshare for safety.

  4. Can I still contribute if I can’t attend?

    1. Absolutely! All support helps us get closer to our $50,000 goal.

Tickets are $100/ticket until December 31, 2025. Each ticket includes access to live music from 3 bands, open premium bar, heavy eats, our premium auction items, and a night to remember!

Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to make this event possible. We have a variety of roles available, covering everything from planning to event roles!
